Gotcha Covered Outdoors is a Tyler-based team focused on one mission: make it easier and more affordable for people to add quality space to their lives. We’ve spent the last 12+ years helping families, seniors, and budget-minded buyers get durable portable buildings, anchored metal buildings, and “everything-for-the-yard” upgrades—without the runaround. We work with insured carriers and insured delivery personnel, and we hold our contractors to strict quality standards because we’ve seen what happens when projects are left to chance. Our promise is simple: fair pricing, clear timelines, strong warranties, and customer service that stays with you long after delivery.
How We Got Started
The business began with a piece of land and a bigger idea—use that land to build an accessible path to ownership. Early on, we coordinated projects for churches and youth facilities and saw a recurring problem: quality control. Too many jobs cut corners on materials or installation. Instead of accepting “good enough,” we set a higher bar. That mindset still drives us today. When you call us, we start with one question—“What are you trying to do?”—and then we match the right structure, options, and timeline to your real-world goals.
Gotcha Covered Builds What You Need
Portable Buildings
Sheds, cabins and storage. Choose layouts, doors, windows, and colors. Delivery and setup are included (required to maintain warranty). Blocks are not included. A common one-bedroom cabin footprint is 14×36 with a 6' porch—ask us about interior options.
Anchored Metal Buildings
From workshops to equipment storage, our metal structures are anchored for strength and can be finished out to your needs.

Our buildings are engineered for longevity with materials designed to resist bugs, water, and chipping. Depending on the structure, wind ratings reach up to 120 mph. Portable buildings (built by Dirksen) carry excellent warranties, including 50-year siding coverage. We’ll walk you through maintenance basics and anchoring options (metal buildings are anchored; anchoring for portable buildings and playsets is available but not included or required).
Transparent Timelines & Payment Options
We keep schedules tight and realistic:
Off-the-lot units: Typically delivered in under 10 days.
Custom buildings and playsets: Target timeline is about 4 weeks.
Financing shouldn’t be a barrier. We offer traditional financing for credit scores 500+. We’ll explain terms clearly so you can choose what fits your budget.

Insurance, Safety & Accountability
We are fully insured, and so are our carriers and delivery personnel. Delivery and setup are included with your purchase and are required to maintain warranty (blocks not included). We treat your property with respect, we clean up after ourselves, and we double-check details so your structure is ready to use.
