No. Delivery and setup are included with every portable building purchase. They're also required in order to maintain your warranty, so we make sure it's done right. Our carriers are insured and experienced — delivery and leveling typically takes about an hour. Note that blocks are not included but can be arranged. If you have questions about site prep, just ask before your delivery date.
For buildings we have in stock on the lot, delivery is typically completed in under 10 days. For custom-ordered buildings built to your specifications, the target timeline is around 4 weeks. We'll give you a clear estimate when you place your order so you can plan accordingly.
