Not at all. You don't need measurements, a firm budget, or a specific product in mind to reach out. Many customers come to us knowing only that they need more space or a dedicated workspace — and that's enough to start a useful conversation. We ask the right questions and help you narrow it down from there.
Our team comes out to take measurements, assess the space, check grade and drainage, and plan the best placement for your building. You don't need to prepare anything ahead of time — we handle all of it. The site visit is also a chance to ask questions, confirm your layout preferences, and make sure everything is set up for a smooth delivery and installation.
It depends on what you're building. For off-the-lot portable buildings, delivery typically happens in under 10 days from purchase. Custom portable buildings and playsets are usually ready in about 4 weeks. Metal buildings generally run 4 to 6 weeks depending on size and configuration. Larger or more complex projects — including custom builds and home solutions — are typically completed over an 8 to 12 week timeline. We'll give you a clear timeframe at the start of your project so you can plan accordingly.
Not much. The area should be accessible for our delivery truck and crew, reasonably clear of obstacles, and as level as practical. We handle the final leveling and anchoring during installation. If there's anything specific your site needs ahead of time, we'll tell you during the site visit so there are no surprises on delivery day.
In most cases, yes — as long as the building hasn't entered production or been scheduled for delivery. The earlier you catch a change the better, so if something comes up after your consultation, contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know what's still adjustable. We'd rather get it right than rush you through a decision you're not fully comfortable with.
